Lyceum Kennedy offers its students not only a well-balanced curriculum that combines the best of the French and American educational approaches, but also a wide range of programs that provide an enriching and fun environment for students outside of the classroom:

Afterschool Program
As a school, we intentionally offer a wide range of afterschool enrichment classes allowing children to fully develop physically, artistically and intellectually. Our program activities vary by trimester. Here are some examples of activities we offered in the past: choir, chess, soccer, science, gymnastics, arts, dance, acting… We also offer homework help each trimester. A full list of classes and fees is published every September, December, and April.

Vacation Program (Ardsley Campus)
Our vacation program operates during most school vacations. In addition to a full day of arts & crafts, games, sports, cooking and playtime, this program always includes a field trip in relation with the theme chosen (for example: ice skating or a visit to the aquarium, ...)

French Summer Program
Lyceum Kennedy's French Summer Program was established to provide children a unique opportunity to improve or learn French while having fun! Students are grouped according to both age and language proficiency. Each week session follows a specific theme allowing students to acquire language skills and cultural knowledge through various activities (sports, drama, music, nutrition, cooking, arts & crafts) in a friendly and stimulating environment.

French Supplementary School (Ardsley Campus)
This course is designed for children (from Pre-K and up to 9th grade) who are already fluent in French and currently following the American curriculum. The program follows closely the curriculum used in French schools. Students come to school once a week for class and are given daily homework so as to maintain and strengthen their knowledge in French.

French classes for beginners (Ardsley Campus)

This group class is designed for non-French speakers ages 5 to 12 and tailored to the students’ needs.
