ADMISSIONS PHILOSOPHY:
Lyceum Kennedy admissions process is based on the applicant’s compatibility with the school’s rigorous educational goals. We also value the long-term commitment of our parents as well as the constructive involvement of each family applying to our school. This is key to making all our students succeed in both the French and American educational systems and to create a nurturing environment that supports its bilingual education.

Our decision regarding acceptance of a prospective student is also made considering the availability of a space in the class to which the candidate has applied, the applicant's academic and developmental readiness for this class, the applicant's present school evaluation and reports and the applicant's individual educational history. We highly recommend prospective parents attend one of our Open Houses or to schedule an appointment to visit the school. These visits allow new potential families to better understand the school's philosophy and its supportive community. It is also a great way for parents to meet and interact with our school.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Lyceum Kennedy starts accepting enrollment applications during the academic year for the follow school year.  Some of our classes reaches maximum enrollment; therefore, we recommend that you send your child's application by December 1st. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. We accept applications throughout the school year. If after your child's acceptance, enrollment and payment of the $1,000 confirmation fee, your child does not for any reason attend school during the first week, your child's enrollment will be cancelled and the $1,000 confirmation fee forfeited. Your child's space will be immediately assigned to another student from the waiting list.
